Current Production Turnaround Time
Most of our listings are made to order, and require time to hand knit or crochet the item with care. We want you to love your purchase!
We send orders as soon as they're knitted and laundered. Each listing specifically notes estimated production times. Items marked Ready to Ship will ship sooner than made to order items.
We want your purchasing experience to go smoothly, and we want you to receive your product as quickly as possible, while still maintaining quality. If you have questions about your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
Shipping - USPS First Class
Shipping Times: USPS First Class- 3-8 Business Days
We ship using USPS First Class mail, which generally arrives 3-8 business days after leaving the post office. Tracking is included in your purchase.

Why Acrylic Yarn for Hats and Scarves?
Acrylic yarn is durable, and it's machine washable and dryable, which makes it a great option to use for wearables and toys that might need to be laundered more frequently.
Acrylic yarn is also usually a great alternative for those that have allergies to wool or animal fibers.
We want everyone to be able to have warm, comfy clothing and accessories, and acrylic yarn helps make that possible.
Are There Washing Instructions For Knit/Crochet Items?
For all items made of Acrylic or Cotton Yarns:
* Wash: Machine wash cold or hand wash.
* Dry: Tumble dry low or lay flat.
For specialty yarns, separate laundry instructions will be provided.
